WatchGold.org may use AI-assisted features, workflows, or tools for search, summarization, drafting, extraction, tagging, educational Q&A, coding support, moderation support, or related functions. AI systems are probabilistic and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, stale, biased, inconsistent, misleading, or otherwise unreliable for a user’s intended purpose.
1. Educational Use Only
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are provided solely for educational and informational use. They are not professional advice, factual certification, due diligence, a research report, or a substitute for independent verification.
2. Verification Required
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated or AI-assisted output before relying on it, sharing it, publishing it, or acting on it.
3. Sensitive Data Warning
Users should not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, account credentials, or unauthorized third-party information into AI-enabled features unless the Platform expressly permits that use case.
4. Internal AI Vendors
WatchGold may use third-party AI providers, including Anthropic and Gemini, for editorial, coding, development, workflow, or feature-support purposes. WatchGold’s current practice is not to send subscriber personally identifiable information or licensed partner data to those AI APIs in identifiable form, and not to use partner-licensed data to train third-party models.
5. Feature Changes
WatchGold may change, limit, suspend, monitor, or discontinue AI-enabled features at any time, including by applying additional restrictions, warnings, or review requirements.
