About Ads
Effective Date: 2026-04-28
WatchGold.org may display advertisements, sponsored content, native advertising, partner placements, and other paid promotional placements. These items are part of how the Platform may be supported, but paid placement does not mean WatchGold recommends, endorses, verifies, or guarantees the advertiser, sponsor, product, service, or claim.
1. How Sponsor Placement Works
WatchGold may receive payment for sponsorship placement on the Platform. Except for payment for sponsorship placement, WatchGold does not receive compensation based on user clicks, user visits to sponsor platforms, or any transaction between a user and a sponsor.
Sponsor links are provided as a convenience feature so users can seamlessly navigate to the advertiser’s or sponsor’s platform.
2. Clear Labeling
WatchGold seeks to identify paid promotional content with clear labels such as “Advertisement,” “Sponsored,” “Paid Placement,” or similar language that is intended to be understandable to users. Disclosures may appear close to the relevant content or placement so users can distinguish promotional material from editorial material.
3. Editorial Independence
WatchGold does not accept payment in exchange for favorable reviews or favorable ratings. Sponsored placement does not guarantee favorable editorial treatment, a favorable conclusion, or inclusion in editorial content.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for evaluating advertisers, sponsors, linked services, products, and claims before relying on them or entering into any transaction. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Future Ad Technology
WatchGold does not currently use Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, or Meta Pixel. If WatchGold introduces additional ad-tech, interest-based advertising tools, retargeting tools, or similar tracking technologies in the future, it may update its disclosures, consent flows, and Privacy Policy accordingly.
